Merguez is a fast-casual restaurant whose cuisine is inspired by Moroccan’s deep commitments to culinary traditions and heritage. We have committed ourselves to provide for our guests a unique experience by serving meals which spark joyful memories for Moroccans on the one hand, and introduce a unique take on ethnic dining to new first-time guests on the other.
